We have manufactured tatami specifically made for tea ceremonies.

We have two kinds available, a laid tatami type or mat type.
Our high-grade tatami is finished using only good-quality soft rush.

We’ve accurately reproduced tatami suitably sized for tea ceremonies and the placement of the tea furnace.

You can fold it up where the tea furnace goes.

If you fold part of the mat underneath, the space left is exactly the right size for a furnace.

The opposite side of the mat includes a bonded type of non-slip fabric.
You’ll be able to lay it down with the peace of mind that it won’t damage your flooring.
The mat also serves slightly as a cushion, so you won’t hurt your legs even if it’s laid upon a hard floor.

The mat is space-efficient when folded up.
It’s easy to store and retrieve for use as needed.
