The production process is as follows:

We then take that size and calculate how many tatami mats will be needed, and reply with the estimated price.

Once the estimated price has been confirmed with the customer, we begin
manufacturing their tatami.
↓
The tatami will be complete in about a week. It will take a further two to three
days of transport to America with DHL.
↓
The customer then lays their received tatami mats.
