Q1. Before ordering tatami mats from our company, what kinds of concerns or troubles did you have? What was your desired solution to them?
I wanted a confortable and safe surface in order to let my children play and crawl. Our linoleum floor was too hard and a carpet would have been to hard to clean and to prone to getting dusty. A good quality synthetic tatami was the best option.

Q3. After finding out about our tatami mats, did you consider applying immediately?
I was hesitant to buy directly from outside the European Union and I was afraid to pay too much custom taxes. Custom taxes are almost impossible to estimate accurately. I ordered samples in order to decide which color would fit the best.
Q4. What points (which characteristics) were the deciding factors which led to your order?
Synthetic migusa was important because I wanted a material that is easy to clean and that is elegant at the same time. Being able to order sample was very important because I experienced great reactivity from the team and it made me trust them. The fact that I can see and touch samples let me assess the quality of the product.
Q5. After actually using our tatami mats, what are your thoughts and feelings on them? Please provide your honest impressions.
Very happy about the tatami mats. They tend to slip slightly over time but it is not a big problem. I like the quality and the style. I like the color change depending on the orientation of the light. The whole family sit a lot more on the floor and our toddler and baby really like it. We have a low dining table next to it so it is very convenient and very safe for the children. Our baby can learn to walk safely. It also saves a lot of space because we don’t need extra chairs or a sofa. It is a bit expensive if we add the extra custom taxes and delivery taxes but I would certainly recommend the product.
Q6. Any other opinions or views you would like to share with us
I wish that there were more sizes for the mat because 82cm is not a standard size in europe and It was hard to set up the room properly. I wish the there would be a 80cm size or even a 70cm size.
