Igusa series features a green color. Please note that igusa is a natural material, so it starts out green but over the years it changes into honey-color affected by sun.
TOKYO and ZEN series come in different colors.
Laying out tatamis of the same color in different directions alternatively offers staggered reflections in sunlight that make it look like you have two diffrent tone tatamis laid out—deep and light color tatamis. This type of layout is called “Ichimatsu-shiki (checkered floor).”

With TOKYO series and ZEN series, you can mix and match different colors.
Mixing black tatami with white one, or pink with beige, for example, you can choose different types of a mixture that fits the color of your interior.

About the possibilities of color mixtures, please see the collection illustrating how our customers do with our tatamis.
