Initially i was afraid it would be too hard and uncomfortable to use as a bed. but after 1 week, i have already grown used to it and it doesnt feel any different from a firm mattress. I have read alot about the health benefits for the back while sleeping on a tatami, but i think its abit too early to comment on it.
