The Project Begins with a Hand-drawn Blueprint

The customer sent us a hand-drawn blueprint of their bed. Based on this diagram, we set out to create a tatami mat that perfectly matched the dimensions of their bed. Precision in the tatami’s dimensions was crucial to meet the customer’s expectations, requiring our utmost attention to detail.

The maximum size of tatami that can be produced is 95 cm wide (195 cm long).
To make a tatami of your desired size, it must be divided into two pieces.

The Completion of the Tatami Bed

After a week of work, the tatami was shipped to Singapore. Upon receiving the tatami, the customer sent us photos showing the tatami fitting perfectly onto their bed, transforming it into a beautiful tatami bed.
