Please note the following important dates regarding custom-sized tatami (including Okinawa/Ryukyu-style tatami) and our year-end operations:
📦 Custom Order Shipping Deadlines (for 2025)
- Final order date for shipping within 2025:
Friday, December 20, 2025 (Japan time) - Orders placed on or after December 24 will be shipped starting January 6, 2026.
To ensure delivery within the year, we kindly ask that you place your order as early as possible.
🗓 Final Shipping Date of the Year
- Thursday, December 26, 2025
❄️ Year-End & New Year Holidays
- We will be closed from Saturday, December 27, 2025 to Monday, January 5, 2026.
- Orders and inquiries received during this period will be handled after we return on January 6, 2026.
