Frequently asked questions about the use of tatami

Rush tatami mats are made with natural materials.

If the tatami mats are stored for a prolonged period of time in their packaged state in a high humidity environment, there is a risk of mold forming on the surface.

Please do your best to avoid high humidity environments and instead store in a low humidity environment.

Please air out the mats appropriately before use.
